My trip started with arguments about non matching of driver details what Gozocabs shared.I refused to accept the ride and complaint to the booking agent.I got call in sometime from their call centre. Mr. Tushar, customer care agent asked me not to accept and he assured me to get this sorted out at the earliest. He handled the situation very professionally. He sent me the updated driver list with correct info on priority basis. He asked me to call him during the trip anytime if I find any issues. He keep on calling me and asking if everything ia ok at my end and if driver is behaving properly. I highly appreciate Mr. Tushar customer service and thanks him for his assistance towards this trip. Employee like Mr. Tushar is an asset to the company and must be appreciated. I wish all the best in future. I also compaint him about an lady and driver Sarath. Lady works as Gozocabs agent but was offering me Make my trip ride and she got my number from one of the driver.
